How do I manage my Fitstar account?

Fitstar makes it easy to manage your account. For information about your subscription, see Where can I see or cancel my Fitstar subscription?

How do I reset my password or email address?

From a mobile device: 
  1. Open the Fitbit app on your iOS or Android device. 
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen and tap Settings.
  3. To change your email addesss, tap Profile Information.
  4. To change your password, tap Password (iOS) or Change Password (Android) and make your change.
From a computer:
  1. Go to
  2. Click your name in the top right corner and choose Settings from the menu.
  3. In the Email and Password section, enter and re-enter a new password or change your email address.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email you receive from Fitstar. If emails continue, contact Customer Support.

How do I delete my account?

If you're a Premium member, first make sure you've canceled your subscription. This ensures that you'll no longer be billed. For instructions see Where can I see or cancel my FitStar subscription?

To request that your account be permanently deleted, contact Customer Support.
