How do I reset my password or email address?
From a mobile device:
- Open the Fitbit app on your iOS or Android device.
- Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen and tap Settings.
- To change your email addesss, tap Profile Information.
- To change your password, tap Password (iOS) or Change Password (Android) and make your change.
From a computer:
- Go to app.fitstar.com.
- Click your name in the top right corner and choose Settings from the menu.
- In the Email and Password section, enter and re-enter a new password or change your email address.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email you receive from Fitstar. If emails continue, contact Customer Support
How do I delete my account?
If you're a Premium member, first make sure you've canceled your subscription. This ensures that you'll no longer be billed. For instructions see Where can I see or cancel my FitStar subscription?
To request that your account be permanently deleted, contact Customer Support
