​I’m having trouble connecting to other apps

If you’re having trouble connecting to other apps, you can try to reset the connection between the two apps.
  • FitStar apps
    To reset the connection to third-party apps with FitStar Personal Trainer and FitStar Yoga, complete the steps below. 
    1. Disconnect the third-party app.
      1. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen and tap Settings.
      2. Go to Connected Accounts.
      3. Choose the apps from which you want to disconnect.
    2. In the third-party app, disconnect from Fitstar.
    3. Return to your Fitstar app and reconnect to the third-party app. app.fitstar.com

    To reset the connection to third-party apps from your computer's browser, complete these steps:

    1. Disconnect the third-party app.
      1. Click the menu icon in the top right corner and choose Settings.
      2. Click Connected Accounts
      3. Choose the apps from which you want to disconnect.
    2. In the third-party app, disconnect from Fitstar.
    3. Return to app.fitstar.com and reconnect to the third-party app. 
If you have more than one outside service connected to Fitstar, its possible the data from your Fitstar sessions will get duplicated or doubled in those services. We recommend disconnecting any services you aren't using currently.
