Both Fitstar Personal Trainer and Fitstar Yoga are available as paid Premium subscriptions that renew monthly or yearly. You can change, cancel, or otherwise manage your subscription where you bought it. If you can't remember, check the Subscriptions and Payments section in your app.fitstar.com settings.
How do I cancel a subscription I paid for using a Fitstar app?
Depending on whether you use the iOS or Android apps:
- If you upgraded to Premium while using the Fitstar Personal Trainer or Fitstar Yoga apps on your iOS device, you purchased the subscription from iTunes. Refer to Apple's instructions for canceling a subscription. You can also go to your settings on app.fitstar.com and click the iTunes link.
- If you upgraded to Premium while using the Fitstar Personal Trainer app on your Android device, you purchased the subscription from Google Play. Refer to Google's instructions for canceling a subscription. You can also go to your settings on app.fitstar.com and click the Google Play link.

How I do I cancel a subscription I paid for using the Fitstar website?
If you didn't subscribe using iTunes, Google Play, or Amazon, you probably bought the subscription from Fitstar directly. Log in to app.fitstar.com and click your name in the top right corner. Under Settings you'll see a Subscriptions and Payments area with sections for both apps. Click Edit next to the subscription you want to cancel and follow the instructions.
If the top of the section is orange, that means the subscription is already canceled.
Your access to Premium programs and sessions will continue through the end of the payment period. After the payment period ends, you're welcome to continue using our free sessions.
How do I change the terms of my subscription?
On app.fitstar.com click your name in the top right corner and go to Settings. In the Subscriptions and Payments area you'll see an Edit option if you bought your subscription from Fitstar.
Here you can change from a monthly to yearly subscription or vice versa. Note that the payment details shown are for information purposes only. If you want to keep your subscription but change the payment method, please contact Customer Support.
If instead of payment details you see an Apple iTunes, Google Play, or Amazon logo, click it to be taken to the subscription area for that account.
